AUDIENCE JOINING METHOD AS PUBLIC CONSCIOUSNESS MANIPULATING MEANS IN FRENCH MASS-MEDIA TEXTS (SOCIO-LINGUISTIC ASPECT)

Abstract. In the article the role and the manipulative opportunities of the method known in media and political discourse as audience capturing and joining are considered by concrete examples. The examples of this method use are analyzed against the concrete social background taking into account information recipient's ideological orientation.
