ПРАВОВЫЕ ОСНОВЫ ИСПОЛНЕНИЯ БЮДЖЕТА ЕВРОПЕЙСКОГО СОЮЗА

Аннотация. В данной статье анализируются правовые аспекты процесса исполнения бюджета Европейского Союза с учетом новейших источников права, принятых в этой сфере. Исследуется порядок взаимодействия участников указанной процедуры, отмечается особая роль Европейской комиссии. Рассматриваются различные способы управления наднациональными бюджетными средствами, а также инструменты обеспечения надлежащего исполнения бюджета Европейского Союза. Делаются выводы о целесообразности применения наработок Евросоюза в процессе исполнения бюджета Евразийского экономического союза.
