Аннотация.The article tells about the problem of inclusive education in Moscow and Tomsk regions. It describes the possible variants of educating children with limited abilities in different types of educational establishments, gives the norms of organizing educational process and presents data on the amount of children with different diagnoses and the number of special educational establishments in Moscow and Tomsk regions.
