Main Contradictions in Development of Spiritual Traditions of the Russian Society at Present Stage

Abstract. The study aims to identify contradictions that determine lacunary nature characterising intergenerational continuity of spiritual experience of the Russian society at the present stage. The study is novel in that it is the first to examine essence and content of contradictions peculiar to spiritual traditions of the Russian society in the context of modern reality. Special attention is paid to the role of sociocultural environment in the processes of synergy - entropy of the spiritual sphere of the Russian society. As a result, it is proved that authentic content of spiritual traditions of the Russian society at the present stage of their development is able to perform the function of social synergy despite significant external consciental impact and internal entropy phenomena.
