Abstract. The aim of this work is to consider the possibility of religious humanism existence along with modern humanism, which is predominantly atheistic in nature. The scientific originality of the research lies in the fact that religious humanism is considered not as humanism that has become "modern religion", but as a worldview that organically combines the ethical orientation of modern humanistic views and their human orientation with the component of religiosity. The results obtained show that the worldview of religious humanism is quite capable of becoming a guiding principle in the worldview evolution of mankind.
