Abstract. The article considers representation of the New Age philosophy in the digital society, examines transformation of the New Age network religiosity (online manifestation of "spirituality", felicity). General tendencies are analysed by the example of spiritual practices in the Altai Republic. Scientific originality of the study involves identifying the basic features of the New Age network religiosity, which include dominance of author’s conceptions, occult elements and influence of the network on the New Age practices. The following conclusions are justified: the New Age network leaders are formed directly in the network, their beliefs are not associated with a spiritual adviser (lack of continuity). Spirituality becomes a means of network promotion using regional brands (in our case - neo-paganism and shamanism), or manifests itself as modern proselytism free of religious censorship - in both positive and negative sense.
