Abstract. The article examines the dynamics of Russia-NATO relations in the post-bipolar period, identifies qualitative changes in two-way interaction before and after Russia’s reunification with Crimea and Sevastopol. The authors analyse measures aimed to resume the dialogue, determine spheres of mutual interest, which are open for negotiation, in particular, the problem of terrorism, struggle against drug smuggling, reduction of strategic offensive arms and counteracting revision of international agreements between Russia and the NATO countries.
