Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of cultures interaction in the era of globalization. The interaction of cultures is understood as a constant dynamic component contributing to filling the culture with new content while preserving cultural identity and traditional attitudes. It is argued that the most effective method of overcoming global crises is an intercultural dialogue, the effectiveness of which is determined by the mutual interest of the parties ready not only to overcome the barriers that impede the dialogue, but also to perceive adequately the complexity of their resolution.
