PERSONAL BASIS IN SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE RUSSIAN NARODNIK MOVEMENT IDEOLOGISTS

Submitted: 19.06.2019
Abstract. The conception of personality as an autonomous subject of social relations was established in the Russian socio-philosophical thought in the late 1860s in fundamental works by the Narodnik movement ideologists, such as P. L. Lavrov, N. K. Mikhailovsky, S. N. Yuzhakov and many others. These social thinkers tried to impart national colour and originality to their theoretical and methodological studies thereby introducing "subjective method" for explication of the Russian social realia. Moreover, ethical and value orientations of these thinkers included "belonging to common people" as a special spiritual and moral state and a special type of interpersonal relations in Russia.
