Current directions for the implementation of additional education programs for students with disabilities in the context of the formation of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values

Abstract. The purpose of the study is to identify and substantiate, based on theoretical analysis, the current opportunities for the formation of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 11/19/2022 No. 809) among students with disabilities in the system of inclusive additional education on the example of the Siberian and Ural Federal Districts. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that a new trend is revealed in the requirements for the methodological component of additional education programs for children with disabilities in the context of their focus on the implementation of the Presidential Decree. For the first time, an attempt has been made to systematize and substantiate from the standpoint of an information approach the features of methodological approaches to additional inclusive education in certain regions of the Russian Federation. As a result of the study, the practical experience of individual regions of Russia on the formation of spiritual and moral values among students with disabilities in the implementation of inclusion in the unified educational space of the school is summarized.
