The "Funnel of Causality" as a Tool for Analysing Factors Affecting the Implementation of the Corporate Training Model for Teachers of an Educational Organisation

Abstract. The study aims to adapt the "funnel of causality" model to analyse the factors influencing the implementation of an andragogical model of corporate teacher training by stages of its development. The paper describes the operational scheme of implementation of the said learning model and the factors (causes) that directly or indirectly affect the effectiveness of its adoption. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the "funnel of causality" model, designed for the analysis of socio-political processes, is used to describe and analyse the corporate training model for teachers of an educational organisation. As a result, it has been proved that the "funnel of causality" model, created to analyse the causes of a certain vote outcome taking into account various factors, can be interpreted for an andragogical corporate training model for teachers of a particular educational organisation.
