Forming Future Lawyers’ Linguo-Communicative Culture in the Process of Foreign Language Teaching

Abstract. The paper justifies the necessity of forming future lawyers’ linguo-communicative culture. The article reveals the notion "linguo-communicative culture", analyses its structure and examines organization of foreign language teaching in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the researcher considers future lawyers’ linguo-communicative culture as an integrative personal quality required for efficient realization of professional tasks in the sphere of jurisprudence, identifies pedagogical conditions promoting successful interaction of pedagogical process participants. The research findings are as follows: the author suggests a definition of "linguo-communicative culture", provides examples of organizing foreign language teaching on the basis of texts and professionally oriented micro-situations.
