Teaching Visual Art to Children with Restricted Health Abilities on the Basis of a Special Partial Program under the Conditions of Preschool Educational Institutions

Abstract. The study aims to develop a partial program for teaching drawing to senior preschool children with locomotor apparatus impairment and speech impairment under the conditions of a preschool educational institution. The article analyses the system of artistic and aesthetic education (in particular, visual art education) at a preschool educational institution. Scientific originality of the research includes development of the authors’ original partial program on drawing for senior preschool children with locomotor apparatus impairment and speech impairment, a complete methodological complex that supplements the basic educational program. The research findings are as follows: after analysing the existing literature, specificity of educational process, methodological conditions of a preschool educational institution and results of teachers’ survey, the authors introduce a promising partial program on drawing for senior preschool children with locomotor apparatus impairment and speech impairment.
