INNOVATIVE MODEL TO FORM A TEACHER’S SUBJECTIVE PROFESSIONAL POSITION

Abstract. The paper introduces the author’s definitions of the notions "teacher’s subjective professional position" and "formation of teacher’s subjective professional position". The researcher develops and theoretically justifies a model to form a teacher’s subjective position in professional activity, which includes three interconnected blocks: diagnostic, operational and resultative ones. Pedagogical principles and conditions to implement the model are identified. Criteria to assess the level of a teacher’s subjectivity in professional activity are ascertained.
