PRINCIPLES TO IMPROVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS’ COMMUNICATIVE MOBILITY IN THE ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE

Abstract. The article examines communicative mobility as a professionally valuable quality of law enforcement officers, justifies the necessity of its formation in advanced training courses. The authors introduce a system of principles, which integrates the provisions of andragogy, additional professional education and methodology of law enforcement officers’ professional training. The principles of systematicity, continuity, openness and variability, learners’ collective activity allow improving law enforcement officers’ communicative mobility in advanced training courses.
