FEATURES OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR STUDENTS-LAWYERS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES IN STUDYING

Abstract. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of organizing and implementing pedagogical support for the students receiving higher legal education and experiencing difficulties in studying. The basic notions such as "pedagogical support", "difficulties in studying" are considered. The author carries out the analysis of possible factors influencing the occurrence of such difficulties and determines their types. The study analyses the directions of the work and offers specific technologies for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the students of the legal profile experiencing difficulties in studying.
