PSYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF EXECUTION OF CONTROL EXERCISES ON SHOOTING FROM THE NINE-MILLIMETER MAKAROV GUN

Abstract. The article considers the current psychological problems that arise in the course of execution of control exercises on shooting by police officers from the nine-millimetre Makarov gun during tests, intermediate, final attestations, and periodic inspections. The need for police officers to develop psychological structuring skills when performing control shooting is identified and substantiated. The technique to reduce the emotional tension of shooters has been developed.
