Abstract. The article examines the implementation of information-educational technologies of socio-cultural activity in the formation of value attitude of the youth to leisure. The author conducts the analysis of domestic and foreign experience of institutions of socio-cultural sphere, which use information-educational technologies (by the example of web-sites), to expand the content aspects of the topic under examination. Traditional and innovative forms of spending free time are analyzed.
