TRANSFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF AMATEUR MOVEMENT IN 1985-1991 (BY THE MATERIALS OF THE BASHKIR AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC)

Abstract. In the article on the basis of archival and statistical materials of Soviet Bashkiria, development of amateur movement in 1985-1991 is studied. At that time its organizational and legal foundations were laid, there was consolidation of amateurishness at the all-Union, inter-republic and regional levels, and direction of amateur associations and social clubs significantly changed. Research of amateur movement makes it possible to supplement the existing in historical science idea about various aspects of the Soviet society life during the years of perestroika, to introduce new sources into scientific use, and to reveal new factors in formation of the civil society in modern Russia.
