DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURE OF SICHUAN PROVINCE OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STRATEGY OF "GOING OUT"

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the role of the strategy of "going out" adopted at the party’s governmental level in the PRC in sustainable socio-cultural development of the society. One of outstanding local cultures in China, represented in Sichuan province, is of particular importance in implementation of "going of Chinese culture outside". It is proved that reliance on resources of provincial culture ensures development and dissemination of national culture. The authors also consider factors affecting the situation of cultural construction and the changing structure of Chinese culture in the province.
