DEATH AS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY IN EXISTENTIALISM

Abstract. In this article the notion of death is analyzed in terms of its recognition as factuality constituting itself as responsibility. The author pays special attention to philosophy of existentialism, with the help of which he immerses in consideration of the issue from new positions, emphasizing specific semantic vectors in the system "finitude - responsibility for one’s "project"". Death in this case is recognized by the author as an event that causes responsibility, departure from consideration of which leads to "lie" of human existence.
