RADICALISM AND NETWORK ORDER OF THE SOCIETY: SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL PERSPECTIVE

Danilov Sergei Aleksandrovich, Ivanov Andrei Valer'evich
Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of transformation of the political order of the network society and to identification of the mechanisms of informal radical networks functioning. By the example of the concepts "power" and "counter-power" suggested by M. Castells, interconnection between communicative and power relations is shown. Radicalism as one of manifestations of counter-power is considered from the point of view of power over inclusion and exclusion, control over standards and participants in network interaction, "programming" the behaviour of the network participants in accordance with certain interests and values.
