TAMBOV REBELLION: OPPORTUNITIES AND DIRECTIONS OF STUDY

Abstract. The article is devoted to events in Tambov region in 1920-1921, which by now have brought to life very significant historiography and a corpus of documentary publications. However, many subjects remain unclarified, controversial, require further development. In the paper the author suggests considering promising and important, in his opinion, research subjects, implementation of which will allow obtaining new knowledge on the history of Tambov rebellion.
