HUMAN’S LEGAL TIME IN THE CONTEXT OF STUDYING MODERN RUSSIAN INFORMATION SPACE

Abstract. The article examines human’s legal time in the context of the problem of information and information streams of modern Russia. According to the author, Russia’s times are fractional. The past is considerably large; the present has content isolated from the future. But the conception of future always attracted the Russians’ concern. The author argues that law and information should be complementary but for that it’s necessary to correlate the world of law with anticipation for imperatives of moral behaviour to come in force.
