Abstract. The article analyzes the existing in the national theological science positions with regard to the concepts "believers’ feelings", "insulting of believers’ feelings". Believers’ feelings are described and understood in the context of human religious experience. The paper attempts to consider elements of the phenomenon "insulting of believers’ religious feelings". The emphasis is placed on lacunas in the Russian legislation in relation to the problem "insulting of believers’ feelings", "publicity" of abusive actions.
