INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IN FIGHTS FOR SHADRINSK ON THE 29TH OF JUNE, 1918

Abstract. The article considers history of formation of Shadrinsk international company in spring of 1918. Data on the number and national composition are given. Particular attention is drawn to the leading role of socio-political organizations in agitation of prisoners of war. It is stated that as a result of defeat of the company in the battle of Mingali some of the anti-Bolshevik forces were able to occupy Shadrinsk. This battle is described for the first time and allows forming a more detailed picture of the Civil War within the territory of the Southern Trans-Ural region.
