Abstract. The purpose of this article is to find out and determine a methodological circle of problems faced by modern domestic social philosophy in the context of formation of a new philosophical paradigm - neoclassical philosophy. The author makes an attempt to identify and solve some theoretical-methodological moments of determining by social philosophy itself its central concept - the concept of the social. The main solution is seen in the statement of the problem of the social as a purely philosophical problem.
