PROBLEM OF RETURN TO TRADITIONAL VALUES IN ETHNO-CULTURAL MODERNIZATION PROJECT

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of the "third modernity", which was topical for ethnic cultures of Eurasia inorganically modernized by mass culture at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The sociological aspect operating with such notions as "modernization", "archaization", "multivariant modernization" is commented by the author with the ontological section of socio-cultural transformations in terms of "synthetic symbolism", "transmigration of symbols of different nature". Effective tools for complete modernization implementation changing the social code and, accordingly, social reality by means of synthetic arts are noted.
