Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the ruling elite transformation in the network society through the use of the value approach. The author singles out true values, which, in his opinion, have real impact on the ruling elite group’s activity in the society constructed according to the network principle: power, information, ideology, intellect. These values become principal for the elite and form not only everyday activity but also change criteria of the elite’s self-reproduction.
