THE MAIN TRENDS AND FEATURES OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM REFORMATION IN SARATOV PROVINCE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF CAPITALIST MODERNIZATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract. The relevance of the topic is the need to take into account the domestic experience of education reforms. The scientific understanding of the historical practice of renewing public education at the regional level and the possibility of its rational use are the objectives of the article. The main directions and features of updating primary education in Saratov Province are considered. Finally, conclusions are drawn about the contradictions between the needs of education modernization and the content of the provincial government policy in this sphere.
