THE TECHNOLOGIES OF INVOLVING IN THE ISIL: THE SPECIFICITY OF PROPAGANDA AND METHODS OF COUNTERACTION

Abstract. The subject of the study is the ways of involving into the transnational terroristic organization the ISIL. The methodology of the research is based on a systematic analysis of the types and ways of disseminating propaganda documents on the Internet, considering social networks as "the main mouthpiece" of terrorist ideas. In conclusion, the author gives the main principles of combating terrorist propaganda in the international community, in the context of the development and implementation of the state system of measures to counteract the ISIL in the Russian Federation as an ideologically motivated migration-resettlement project, based on radical Islamist ideology, values and a management system.
