THE IMPACT OF SOCIO-CULTURAL FACTORS ON THE STATUS OF HIGHER MENTAL FUNCTIONS DURING THE PERIOD OF INVOLUTION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the impact of various factors on the status of higher mental functions during the involution period. Particular attention is paid to the factor of social inclusion, which, according to various researchers, has a positive influence on the state of mental activity of older people. Based on the analysis of the research results, the main factors affecting mental functions are highlighted. The author identifies possible risk groups of older people, in which involutive processes can occur more quickly.
