FROM R. DESCARTES TO J. GOETHE AS THE TREND TO REALISM IN THE LATE FRAGMENTS OF F. NIETZSCHE

Abstract. An attempt to overcome the dualism of R. Descartes carried out by F. Nietzsche makes it possible to assert that in the late period of philosophizing he, while criticizing idealism, was guided in particular by the "realism" of J. Goethe that consisted in comprehending both the world and the human as integral. Also Nietzsche’s tendency to realism was manifested in the antique thought reconsideration, which, particularly, assumed courage with respect to reality; immoralism; need for identity acquisition; tragic world-view. The historical and philosophical source of the realism of the New Age, the tendency to which is revealed in Nietzsche’s teaching, goes back to the ideas of G. Leibniz, who began to regard being as will.
