INVOLVEMENT OF YOUTH IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOVIET SOCIETY IN THE 1920-1930S

Abstract. The article analyzes the participation of young people in the social and economic transformations carried out by the Soviet state in the 1920-1930s. In particular, the role of the younger generation in the processes of eliminating illiteracy, industrialization and collectivization is considered. It is concluded that due to the skilful agitation and propaganda activities of the ruling party, it was possible to ensure that young men and women took an active part in the construction of the new Soviet society.
