"CULTURE" AS A CULTURAL CONCEPT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CULTURAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL TRADITION OF SYMBOLISM

Abstract. The article considers the possibility of reconstructing elements of the notional fragment of the concept "culture" on the basis of an analysis of the cultural philosophical concepts of I. Kant, E. Cassirer and N. A. Berdyaev. It is shown that the notions "civilization" and "freedom" are the most important ones determining the understanding of culture in the conceptions under consideration, and the most important axiological categories that characterize the spiritual culture of a person are the notions "good-benefit" and "beauty".
