Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the economic culture development in the modern world in the context of globalization. Economic culture is an important element in the modern life of the man and society. However, a number of problems of the present are linked with the development of economic and industrial relations, such as ecological, social problems, the cult of consumption, misunderstanding and inability of a part of the population to adapt to modern processes. There is a need to comprehend and reassess values, to use values of different cultures to solve the problems of the society. An important role in economic culture is played by national, religious values that allow preserving the peculiarity and uniqueness of each subject in the global space.
