ATTEMPT OF CONSTRUCTING GRAMMAR OF COGNITIVE SCIENCE

Abstract. The article makes an attempt to analyze the state of cognitive science, or rather its philosophical, anthropological and psychological component as a phenomenon of modern mass culture. With the help of Roland Barthes’ interpretation of the notions "myth" and "mythology" as a semiotic machine, having, among other things, an ideological function, the authors reveal the mythological nature of the discourse of the studied area of modern scientific knowledge.
