CULTURAL CONCEPT IN THE CONTEXT OF ACHIEVEMENTS OF CONTEMPORARY SOCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Abstract. The article discusses the content of the notion "cultural concept" in different directions of the cognitive paradigm, analyzes the possibility of using the achievements in the field of contemporary social knowledge to study the cultural concept for the purpose of reconstructing fragments of the linguistic worldview, the national outlook and ordinary consciousness. The author believes that the text corpus can be used to solve this problem (as a source of information about the meanings and senses existing in the culture).
