FORMATION OF PRINCIPLES AND MECHANISMS OF PAYMENT FOR LABOR IN THE NEP PERIOD

Abstract. The article deals with the change in the wage policy during the NEP period. On the basis of the archival materials, the author analyzes the principles and forms of labor payment, their efficiency in the process of restoration and development of the industry. Particular attention is paid to the role of trade unions in regulating labor relations. The conclusion about the contradictions between the market methods of labor payment formation and the preservation of administrative regulation of the level of wages is drawn.
