ISSUES OF APPLICABLE LAW IN THE SPHERE OF NOTARIAL CERTIFICATION OF BARGAINS WITH REAL ESTATE

Abstract. The article analyzes the prevalent classical collision links in the sphere of notarial certification of real estate bargains. Tendencies in the development of international private law are revealed, the presence of which can also be ascertained within the framework of the relations under consideration. The author by the example of such a common bargain with real estate as purchase and sale, complicated by a foreign element, reveals the problems that a notary faces in the process of its notarial certification. On the basis of the analysis results the recommendations for their resolution are suggested.
