Abstract. The article proposes an original philosophical-futurological version that allows analyzing electronic-virtual reality (EVR) in its possible future state at the highest level of its development, which enables to identify features of principal novelty of EVR ontology. This analysis allows identifying the main stages of EVR development giving a logically substantiated characteristic of the current stage, evaluating prospects of development of the individual and the humanity as a whole both in the near and distant future.
