VALUE FOUNDATIONS OF THE STRATEGY OF "THE POWER OF HUMAN POTENTIAL" IN THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Abstract. The article is devoted to the philosophical analysis of one of the main development programs of the modern Chinese society - the strategy of the "power of human potential", the content of which is determined by traditional values. It is noted that the strategy of the "power of human potential" is filled with value meaning and correlates with such axiological conceptions as "harmony", "formation of civil liability", "society of knowledge", and "Chinese dream".
