Abstract. The article justifies the necessity to develop an integral philosophical theory allowing considering a human being in his/her integrity in the light of the modern anthropological crisis. The author provides a preliminary analysis of approaches to the problem of integrity within the framework of integral philosophy by Kenneth Wilber. The paper introduces four branches constituting the basis of the AQAL model, which nowadays is successfully implemented within the huge sphere of integral researches and meta-theories. Moreover, the author identifies the role of this approach in the context of modern philosophical researches.
