Abstract. The article considers the issue of synchronicity, analyzes the examples of synchronisms. Possible prospects of this phenomenon use are shown. The ways of its comprehension and examination are outlined. The necessity and significance of synchronization processes use in the creation of the mechanisms of the controlled evolution of a man are demonstrated. The paper points out probable risks connected with synchronicity application in management sphere.
