SOCIAL INEQUALITY AND "FAILURE OF THE RUSSIAN STATE" IN THE MARKET

Abstract. The phenomenon of the "state failure" in the context of Russian economy is stated by the example of the growth of the social-economic inequality of the Russians under the current system of the irrational use and evaluation of human labor and capital. The system of distribution legalized by the "elite" already at the level of the remuneration of labor is considered as causes of social inequality. It is alleged that a more equitable mechanism of distribution will allow allocating more funds to support the needy, and people capable of working will get necessary means for self-provision.
