PHENOMENOLOGICAL UNDERSTANDING OF EXPERIENCE IN PHILOSOPHY AND THEORY OF LAW

Abstract. The article discusses the turn to experience, which occurred in the XX century in connection with the inclusion of new objects - the phenomena of consciousness - in the scientific discourse. The aim of the article is to consider the non-classical understanding of experience and legal experience represented in the phenomenology of E. Husserl and the phenomenology of N. N. Alekseev. New phenomenological interpretation of experience in philosophy and law as experience of consciousness (the inner experience of I, intentional acts, values) and as experience of interacting with other Is (vital world, recognition, law order), which is given to us through trial, is revealed.
