Abstract. This article attempts to find out whether it is possible to create such a mechanism of the conflict-free coexistence of religions, cultures and civilizations on the basis of cooperation, universal human values ??that stable peace and reliable security would become integral parts of our being like the sun and air. For this reason, the paper deals with human rights as a universal value and basis of the global cooperation of religions and cultures.
