ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATION IN VLADIKAVKAZ IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIX CENTURY

Abstract. During the formation of nationwide ideology a special role was played by educational institutions, which served as an additional resource in achieving the educational and pedagogical aims of the government. Despite tight control on the part of the state, all these institutions became effective mechanisms for the education of general social strata including unprivileged classes. In the article by the example of Vladikavkaz specific forms of out-of-school education that arose there in the post-reform decades are shown.
