FORMS OF EXTRACURRICULAR AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE

Abstract. The article states the problem of classification of the forms of extracurricular agricultural education, which became a significant phenomenon of social life of the Russian Empire at the end of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century. Using a comparative-historical method the author analyzes experience of diverse agricultural and enlightening activities that were organized by the government and the public, and comes to the conclusion about possibility of distinguishing the consulting-information and exposition-demonstration forms among them.
