HISTORICAL INTERVIEWS AS A SOURCE OF CULTURAL TRAUMA INTERPRETATION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF MEMORIES OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR)

Abstract. The article examines oral historical sources in the context of the subject matter of collective memory, cultural trauma and ways to overcome it, which is relevant at present. The analysis of the interviews of the respondents, who survived the Great Patriotic War, gives an opportunity to judge the stages of the formation of historical memory associated with one of the tragic events of the XX century, and allows considering an interview as one of the means of overcoming its traumatic consequences.
